This Co-op has quickly established a reputation for its convenience, boasting an array of goods that cater to all tastes—from fresh bakery items to a vibrant selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Customers rave about the quality of products available, such as the delightful Corte Molino Prosecco Doc Extra Dry White Wine priced at £11 and the refreshing Blossom Hill White Zinfandel Wine at £8.8. Whether you’re looking to unwind with a fine bottle of wine or simply grab a refreshing drink like FeverTree Refreshingly Light Mediterranean Tonic Water, available for £2.5, this shop has you covered.

For instance, customer Efsevia Sofatzideli describes how the store has become a convenient anchor for her weekly shopping excursions. She appreciates everything from fresh bakery products to books and toys, noting it’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee and croissant on the go.

However, not all feedback has been positive. Issues like incorrect Uber Eats orders have been noted, as brought to attention by customer Spike Nutter. This highlights an area for improvement in their service protocols, especially for those utilizing delivery services.

On a brighter note, Sally Atkins, a community nurse, shares a warm experience about the friendly staff and the effort to provide discounts for NHS ID holders. This gesture demonstrates the Co-op's commitment to supporting local professionals, even amidst some confusion in procedures.

Updated Feb ------Multiple Uber Eats orders with incorrect items, items swapped with lower cost items without refund and worse swapping Free from items for normal items. These items are in a separate section, receipt shows the sections of the picks yet wrong / times. Today's received a £ normal loaf of bread rather than £. Gluten free loaf. So paid double for something that I cannot eatAlso prices are % higher on Uber than in store, and other co-ops are.also cheaper.Still picked, packed and delivered very quicklyOriginal review -----Located on the sea front it's pretty handy. It has a good selection of food and even the gluten free section has some good items in (except the premade sandwich is £+ for a soggy egg). There's sometimes an odd selection of fruit and veg. That can be hit and miss but other than that it's pretty decentThe self checkout are good, except the camera as it's really not flattering at all lol. - the membership is scanned under the card reader and not the food scanner like every other system out there. It's taken me years to figure that one out....

I'm a community nurse with valid ID and every coop I've been to has given me %discount and been very nice to me. This morning I bought some items from this coop and showed my NHS ID card, the girl behind the counter was polite but knew nothing about the discount, she called the manager and he took it from me and tried to swipe it, I explained it was my ID card, and that he couldn't swipe it, he was really rude to me, said it didn't work and refused to give me discount, I was upset to be treated like that and disappointed in this particular branch.

Some of the staff need too be trained in customer service ....please and thankyou .....and not be so busy chatting on there head sets about what they are doing at the weekend and having a laugh with other staff around the shop .......they don’t ask if you need a bag or anything ....I’m sure these headsets are very useful but I’m sure the powers at be did not give them so the staff can have a laugh and not be polite too customers
